Amplifi Talent are partnering with a leading privately owned business in Belfast to recruit a Financial Controller on a permanent basis.

This is a pivotal role within a growing organisation, responsible for leading and developing the finance function, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and controls, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Applications are invited from qualified finance professionals (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a minimum of four years’ post-qualification experience, including at least three years in an industry setting. You will be a confident people leader, with a strong technical foundation across management and statutory reporting, cash management, and financial control.

The ideal candidate will bring a track record of driving operational improvement, delivering insight to senior stakeholders, and implementing efficient systems and processes to support a scaling business. Experience with Sage 200 would be advantageous.
