Kerry has over 17 years’ experience in the Scottish recruitment industry, with a career spanning Finance, Operations, and Administration across both global and local firms. She later transitioned into consultancy, applying her expertise to help clients refine and enhance their recruitment strategies and processes.

In her current role at Amplifi Talent, Kerry is focused on the operational running of the business, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and the continuous improvement of internal processes. Leveraging her commercial and industry knowledge, she supports the team in achieving operational excellence and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Kerry is a busy mum to two young daughters who are actively involved in football – meaning many of her weekends are spent on the sidelines cheering them on. When not at a match, she enjoys camping adventures, walks in the Pentlands, travelling around Scotland with her husband Liam and daughters, and sampling as many IPA as she can!
