Immediately available, CA qualified senior finance professional.
Has managed qualified and transactional finance teams, including AR, AP, Payroll and Credit Control.
Sector experience includes manufacturing, engineering, services, retail, and FMCG.
Edinburgh based but happy to travel to Fife and Central Belt on a hybrid basis.
Skills & Expertise
▪️ Day-to-day financial control and management of the finance function
▪️ Focus on financial process management and continuous improvement
▪️ Preparing management accounts and monthly board packs for presentation at Board meetings
▪️ Comfortable operating in turnaround situations, and also where previously finance functions have been under resourced or under performed
▪️ Track record of delivering finance projects and ERP/BI implementation and/or optimisation

This individual is skilled and experienced in completing fixed term and day-rate assignments, where they have been required to quickly get up to speed and start delivering against tight deadlines.
They possess Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills and have used an array of ERP’s including Oracle Dynamics, SAP, and also Xero and Sage.
