Chartered Accountant with circa 10 years' experience in both practice and industry roles. This individual has strong experience in financial reporting, management accounting, and strategic financial planning.
In addition, this individual has experience in financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and audit procedures.
Due to strong performance, a strong work ethic, and a passion for finance, this individual has received multiple promotions and quickly progressed into leadership roles.
Skills & Expertise
⚪ Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts to include variance analysis and commentary.
⚪ Calculation and analysis of margins from large complex data sets.
⚪ Review of Balance Sheet control accounts and preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations.
⚪ Review monthly performance versus budget with various departments in the business and report to management on the same to help guide decision making and improve profitability.
⚪ Preparation of Annual Budgets.
⚪ Preparation of Monthly Cashflow forecasts.
⚪ Preparation of year end statutory accounts to given deadlines and responsibility for audit function.
⚪ Review and approval of company tax returns.
⚪ Preparation of ad hoc financial analysis and business reports for management/shareholders.
⚪ Involved in process improvement
