⚪ Investigating and reporting all incidents/Accidents.

⚪ Responsible for sending quotes, programming and delivering high standard works.
⚪ Invoicing and ensuring the invoices are paid monthly.
⚪ Completing monthly cost valuation reports.
⚪ Signing off weekly hours and bonus
⚪ Managing seven teams, direct and sub-contractors. ensuring clear communication is transferred about daily works.
⚪ Chairing weekly and monthly contract meetings.
⚪ Attending all Contract meetings with the clients and sub-contractors

⚪ Ensuring all work is completed within the time provided
⚪ Managing relationships with clients
