This is a hands-on finance leadership role at the heart of a fast-scaling brand. You’ll own the end-to-end finance function – from management accounts and forecasting through to cashflow, supplier payments, and strategic decision-making support.
You’ll partner directly with our CEO, working closely with founders and senior leaders to build the financial clarity, control, and insight that support rapid international growth.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of finance operations – management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Drive a strong understanding of unit economics and profitability, providing insight that shapes commercial decisions.
- Manage cashflow, treasury, payroll, VAT, and compliance with meticulous attention to detail.
- Build scalable finance processes suited to a fast-growth, D2C health-tech environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed financial discipline and operational efficiency.

Requirements & remuneration

- 5–7 years’ experience in finance, ideally in a start-up or high-growth consumer brand.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with strong technical grounding and commercial curiosity.
- A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a hands-on and commercially minded finance professional who is keen to progress their career in a fast-growth, VC-backed consumer business. They will bring strong technical accounting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to manage the full finance function – supported by a highly experienced Fractional CFO. Previous experience or knowledge of manufacturing and/or FMCG would be advantageous but not essential.
They will be comfortable working in a small, high-performing team – taking ownership of everything from accounts payable and payroll to management accounts, VAT returns, and cashflow management. The successful candidate will demonstrate the initiative to streamline processes, introduce automation where possible, and ensure the finance function supports operational agility as the business scales.
Naturally analytical, they will be able to translate numbers into meaningful insight — monitoring margins and performance trends to inform commercial decisions. They will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to provide reliable data that underpins strategic decision-making, while maintaining a clear focus on accuracy, compliance, and cash discipline.
Collaborative and adaptable, the ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up environment where priorities evolve quickly and hands-on problem-solving is key. They will combine financial rigour with curiosity and commercial awareness, playing a pivotal role in helping Klira grow into a globally recognised luxury skincare brand.
