Amplifi Talent are partnering with a long-established organisation in East Lothian to appoint an Assistant Accountant on a full time, permanent basis.

 

This role will play a central part in supporting financial governance, administration, and day-to-day operational management. We are seeking a detail-driven individual with strong accounting capability—ideally with Sage 50 experience—who can provide accurate financial reporting, maintain robust controls, and support the smooth running of the business.

 

The remit includes bookkeeping, management accounts preparation, VAT returns, audit support, data administration, and event coordination. Excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and a proactive approach to a varied workload are essential.
