We are working with a high-growth, specialist advisory business operating at the intersection of finance, innovation, and technology. The organisation supports a diverse portfolio of clients in preparing and delivering complex financial claims, combining technical expertise with a strong client delivery model.
 
As part of continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a Client Account Managerinto a key delivery-facing role.

The Opportunity
 
This position sits at the core of client delivery, combining relationship management with detailed financial data handling. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring engagements are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with agreed timelines.
 
The role requires a confident communicator who can lead client interactions, manage expectations, and drive progress—while maintaining a high degree of accuracy in handling financial information.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing relationships across the full engagement lifecycle 
  • Lead client interactions, clearly setting expectations, timelines, and information requirements 
  • Proactively manage client delivery, ensuring timely provision of required data 
  • Challenge and influence stakeholders where necessary to maintain progress 
  • Collate and process confidential financial data from clients and advisors 
  • Analyse financial information and prepare structured outputs for internal review 
  • Input and manage data within standardised templates with a high degree of accuracy 
  • Present findings internally to senior stakeholders for validation 
  • Support client meetings and contribute to the communication of financial outputs 
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure alignment across deliverables 
  • Maintain organised records and support broader delivery administration 

Candidate Profile
 
This role will suit an individual with experience operating in a client-facing, data-driven environment—particularly within financial services, professional services, or advisory-led businesses.
 
You will be comfortable managing stakeholders, working to deadlines, and taking ownership of delivery outcomes.

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role 
  • Strong ability to manage and influence client relationships 
  • Confident communicator, capable of leading conversations independently 
  • High level of numerical and analytical capability 
  • Experience working with structured financial data and templates 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams 
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality 
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
