Amplifi Talent are partnering with a c. £25M t/o, highly profitable, multi-sector construction firm based close to Ballygawley to recruit a Commercial Director on a permanent basis.
The firm trades across UK and ROI currently and operates across a number of verticals.
This is a leadership role within the business, and you would be joining at a fantastic time given the growth focus and the fact that the company has several long-term framework contracts with guaranteed revenue. They also moving into a new commercial construction space with exciting projects pipelined to commence imminently.
Applications are invited from experienced professionals, ideally coming from a QS or Commercial background, who are ambitious and driven, with the ability to lead and help deliver high value projects.
What you’ll do
- Lead all commercial aspects from pre-contract to final account.
- Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and cost control.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.
What you’ll bring
- Proven track record in senior commercial roles on major construction projects (£15m+).
- Strong contract knowledge and procurement expertise.
- Professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
