Amplifi Talent are proud to be partnering with a leading Manufacturing business who have a requirement for a commercially minded Financial Controller.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
The Role:
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Partner with operations to improve cost control and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Audit experience
- Improvement of KPI's and systems
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Strong experience in manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment is desired but not essential
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence across teams
