- Manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims from start to finish
- Prepare and gather all necessary evidence for each case
- Conduct hearings and draft legal documents for Sheriff Court procedures
- Deliver excellent client care and maintain compliance with service standards
- Report issues and ensure data confidentiality
- Support the team with ad hoc duties as required
