Are you a skilled Private Client solicitor ready to elevate your career? Our client, a well-respected law firm in Perth, is looking to grow its Private Client team with the addition of an experienced Associate/ Senior Associate Solicitor.

Role Overview
As an Associate/Senior Associate, you’ll handle a diverse caseload and provide expert guidance on:
- Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Administering executries, including high-value and tax-paying estates
- Advising on inheritance tax planning, including APR and BPR
- Creating and managing trusts, with a focus on technical trust law and asset protection
- Handling contentious executries and trust disputes
- Advising on guardianships and related legal frameworks
- Overseeing and assisting junior solicitors
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in Private Client law (other levels will be considered)
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to manage matters independently
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support wider team initiatives
- Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude toward business development
