About the Role
My client is seeking a Senior Associate/Legal Director to join their Edinburgh office. This is an opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and cross-border estates. The role involves:
- Advising on and administering trusts and estates
- Delivering strategic tax planning solutions
- Handling contentious private client matters, such as:
- Will challenges
- Beneficiary disputes
- Legal rights claims (often involving partnership or company issues)
- Complex trust issues
You will also be responsible for overseeing and running the junior members of the team.
