ACCA qualified senior finance professional who has tended to work for larger SME’s and global corporations.
Sector experience includes FMCG, manufacturing, pharma, and retail.
Led finance teams of up to 10, focussed on service delivery and strong financial management.
Skills & Expertise
Excellent IT proficiency including Advanced Excel, SAP, and Peoplesoft ▪️ Key skills in month-end reporting, financial controls & procedures, international tax management, and annual accounts production under UK GAAP and IFRS ▪️ Strong on systems / ERP’s, in particular SAP. Experience includes migrating from a legacy system to SAP for a large UK company ▪️ Also has experience in budget & cashflow management, reviewing forecasts, and producing business KPI’s
Summary
Rarely available qualified finance manager with a keen interest in people management/development, in addition to having excellent financial accounting/control capabilities.
Open to working hybrid or full time in the office.
Based in West Lothian so flexible re location across the Central Belt
