They’ve also designed and delivered KPI dashboards, board packs, and rolling forecasts to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

⚪ Advising on M&A, restructuring, and employer covenant issues for multinational clients and pension schemes
⚪ Delivering full finance system upgrades, MI reporting automation, and post-acquisition integration
⚪ Establishing internal control environments and leading audit, credit, and reporting committees
