The Role
- Lead and inspire a high-performing audit team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of high-quality clients across multiple industries.
- Drive audit strategy, quality, and innovation in line with regulatory standards and firm values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights that go beyond compliance.

The Person
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven leadership in audit within a professional services environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
- A passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement.
- A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented firm.
- Strong market knowledge and strong networking skills
