The Role:
- Advise on the tax aspects of M&A, private equity, and restructuring transactions
- Work closely with legal, finance, and deal teams on structuring and due diligence
- Deliver innovative, client-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development
The ideal person:
- ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in corporate tax, ideally with exposure to transactions
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ambition, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
