Amplifi Talent are partnering with a growing, forward-looking organisation in Belfast to recruit a FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis.

This role will play a central part in shaping the company’s financial insight capability, driving value through robust financial modelling, enhanced reporting, and proactive business partnering. The successful candidate will support strategic planning, budget development, and the delivery of operational efficiencies across the organisation.

Applications are invited from qualified accountants (ACCA, CIMA or ACA), or experienced finance professionals with strong analytical expertise gained in either industry or professional services. You will bring advanced financial modelling capability, strong Excel and ERP proficiency, and experience translating complex data into actionable insight for senior stakeholders. Exposure to Power BI, Sage 200, or experience within the utilities sector would be advantageous.

The remit will include supporting the annual budgeting and five-year planning cycle, delivering cost and profitability analysis, leading modelling for business growth initiatives, and championing continuous improvement across ERP reporting structures. This individual will also work closely with department leaders, acting as a trusted partner to challenge assumptions, deliver meaningful analysis, and support informed decision-making.
