Amplifi Talent are partnering with a high-growth, internationally focussed SME in Antrim to recruit a Head of Finance on a permanent basis.
Applications are invited from qualified Accountant's ideally coming from construction or a related sector, who are keen to progress their careers within a highly entrepreneurial business environment.
Due to the international nature of the company's operations, and focus on future growth across Europe, applicants will ideally have worked in a business that currently trades internationally.
Operating across multiple jurisdictions brings a level of complexity, albeit this firm is well positioned to manage that complexity, so the role does require a commercially and operationally strong individual, who thrives in fast-paced and constantly evolving working environments.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leading a high calibre finance team and all finance operations
- Ensuring the production of monthly management accounts, cost reports, and MI for presentation to the Board
- Managing cashflow, capex, and WIP
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Data and systems management
- P&L and balance sheet control
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Statutory accounts preparation including liaising with external auditors
