Amplifi Talent are proud to be partnering with a leading Professional Services firm who are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with strong experience in both accounts preparation and audit to work with a diverse portfolio of high-quality clients across various sectors.

The Role:
- Prepare statutory accounts for a range of clients in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Lead and support audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Liaise directly with clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements and the development of best practices.
The Person:
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in both accounts preparation and audit within a practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
