The Role
- Lead complex audit engagements across a market-leading client portfolio
- Manage and mentor a talented audit team, driving quality and collaboration
- Work closely with Partners/Directors on strategic initiatives and client delivery
- Build strong client relationships and deliver insights that go beyond compliance
- Contribute to business development and continuous improvement
The Person
- ACA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in a professional services firm
- Proven leadership in managing audit teams and client portfolios
- Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
